Common Wedding Questions
Do you work with our wedding planner or venue?
Yes — we coordinate directly with your planner, venue manager, or day-of coordinator to align on load-in, setup, service timing, and cleanup. We're used to working alongside other wedding vendors and want your day to feel seamless.
What if it rains?
Our live barrel-grill setup is designed for outdoor use in most conditions, and we bring weather protection for the cooking station. For heavy weather, we'll coordinate with you and your venue to move service under a tent, marquee, or covered outdoor space so the experience continues without interruption.
Can you cater our rehearsal dinner too?
Absolutely. Many couples book us for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding — often with a more intimate menu the night before and a fuller live-fire experience for the wedding itself. Bundling both events into a single booking keeps planning simple.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for weekends between May and October. Peak summer dates fill quickly, but reach out anytime — we'll confirm availability and hold your date while we build your quote.
Do you serve alcohol or coordinate with bar vendors?
We focus on the food and live-fire experience and don't operate a bar service ourselves, but we're happy to coordinate load-in and service timing with your bartender or beverage vendor to keep the flow smooth for your guests.
