Can you cater recurring or regular company events?
Yes. Many of our corporate clients book us for quarterly team celebrations, annual summer events, and recurring client hospitality gatherings. We keep your preferences on file so every event is consistent, streamlined, and easy to rebook.
Do you provide invoicing for corporate accounts?
Absolutely. We issue detailed invoices suitable for finance and expense teams, and we can accommodate most company purchasing processes. Just let us know your billing requirements when you request a quote.
Can you cater at our office or do we need an outdoor space?
Our live barrel-grill setup is flexible for offices with accessible outdoor areas, rooftops, parking lots, courtyards, and dedicated event venues across Toronto & the GTA. We bring everything needed for a safe, contained cooking station and coordinate with your building or venue in advance.
What's the minimum and maximum group size?
We have a 10-guest minimum and can scale up to 200 guests for corporate events. Whether it's an intimate team lunch or a full company celebration, we tailor the setup, menu, and service style to your headcount.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
Corporate events can often be booked with more flexibility than weekend weddings, but we still recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for summer dates and large gatherings. Contact us with your date and headcount and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
